• Manage day-to-day operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and mentor the management team to ensure a smooth transition to full operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with a proven track record in pre-opening management.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Proven expertise in budget management and financial oversight.
