📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct and design research studies to investigate animal health issues and develop evidence-based solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical software such as SPSS, R, or Python.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and researchers to develop and implement research protocols.
• Prepare and present research findings in academic journals, conferences, and internal reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary science and research methodologies.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior researchers and staff.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive research records and documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity and reliability of research data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related field, preferably with a focus on animal health research.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in veterinary research, with a strong background in data analysis and statistical methods.
• Proven ability to design and conduct research studies, and to write and publish academic papers.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, R, or Python.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
