📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support smooth operations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the corporate office and other store managers to implement company policies and initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the corporate office.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve store goals and objectives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle daily operational challenges.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or higher preferred.
