📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage project timelines and resources.
• Use project management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project to track project progress and manage resources.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial compliance with company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, risk assessments, and cost analyses.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience using project management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
