📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of matters, including contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to automotive auctions and business operations.
• Mitigate legal risks and provide strategic solutions to complex legal issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Represent PT JBA Indonesia in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the company's leadership team to ensure that all legal aspects of the business are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Provide training and support to other departments on legal matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the automotive or business sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
