📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inbound logistics processes, including receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to logistics operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Leverage data analytics tools to track and improve logistics performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound logistics management, with a strong background in manufacturing and distribution.
• Proven track record of managing logistics operations and improving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software such as SAP, JDA, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
