📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus.,Oversee the work of kitchen staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Valid food handler's permit.,Willingness to travel and work in a rural setting.
