Cafe Putri Fruit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles to ensure efficient and safe operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to schedule vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet management.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs for new fleet coordinators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus.
