📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on safety practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Monitor and maintain safety equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement risk management strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and reports.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in safety and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards.,Certification in safety management, such as OSH Professional, NEBOSH, or equivalent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
