📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Manage event budgets and ensure they are adhered to.,Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and catering.,Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during events.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Provide post-event reports and feedback to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet staff or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and traditions is a plus.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
