Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their pet-related needs and answering inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing products.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and follow our company's policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory management by counting stock, ordering supplies, and monitoring product levels.
• Promote our products and services to customers, both in-store and through our online platform.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve our sales targets.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a pet-related environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Familiarity with pet care products and services is a plus.
• Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
