As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage staff performance, including training, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and report sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and products.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic bookkeeping.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.,Previous experience in a coffee shop or similar establishment is a plus.
