📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other technical staff to ensure seamless project execution.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
• Participate in site meetings and provide technical input as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ASHRAE, NEC, and IFC.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
