Prime Up Nusantara is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our logistics operations in Dili. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination and a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain processes. This role is crucial in supporting our company's growth and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all logistics operations including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse activities.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and partners.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.,Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Manage a team of logistics staff and ensure they are trained and motivated to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
