📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and sales growth.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer traffic, and inventory levels.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and drive customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store administration role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficiency in using retail management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in the Pontianak area.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
