📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage graphic design projects from concept to completion,Create and maintain a consistent brand identity for PT Melati Cipta,Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals,Mentor and guide junior designers to improve their skills and performance,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions,Ensure all design work meets the highest standards of quality and creativity,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies,Manage and optimize the design workflow and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field,5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work,Proven experience in leading design teams and projects,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.),Strong understanding of design principles and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail
