Urban Bit Corporindo is looking for a Lead Butler to join our team in Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. As a Lead Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 14.000.000 – Rp 23.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Manage and supervise a team of butlers, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.
  • Assist guests with their needs, including but not limited to, room service, transportation, and event planning.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living space, ensuring it meets high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, and the living space is maintained in a safe and secure environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with local culture and customs, and ability to provide culturally appropriate service.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
