📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to the BPO team, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking devices.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Conduct regular IT audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference and training purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance our IT capabilities.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize IT resources to perform their jobs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 1+ years of experience in IT service management, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Proficient in using ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
