📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a warm and professional manner.,Handle inquiries and provide information about our yoga classes, products, and services.,Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.,Coordinate with staff members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and inquiries.,Promote our yoga classes and products through effective communication and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
