Bright Market Pratama is seeking a dedicated Deputy Tutor to support our tutoring team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals. This is a full-time position located in Kendal, Jawa Tengah.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead tutor in planning and delivering engaging lessons.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and tutors.,Prepare and grade assignments and exams.,Assist in the development and implementation of tutoring programs.,Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Attend team meetings and collaborate with other tutors.,Participate in professional development activities.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new tutors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Ability to adapt to different learning styles and paces.,Passionate about education and committed to student success.
