📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessons.,Support students with their learning activities and provide individual attention when needed.,Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.,Assist with the preparation and grading of assignments and tests.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of teaching strategies.,Assist with the organization of school events and activities.,Support the lead teacher in managing classroom resources and materials.,Provide feedback to the lead teacher on student progress and classroom dynamics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,At least 1 year of experience in teaching or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Willingness to travel and work in a rural setting.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
