Warung Fitri Dental Clinic is seeking a talented Deputy Pastry Chef to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our culinary offerings are of the highest quality. You will work closely with our Head Chef to prepare and present delicious, high-quality desserts and pastries for our customers.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking and has a keen eye for detail. You should be able to work well in a team, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and presenting high-quality desserts and pastries.
• Ensuring that all desserts and pastries are prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assisting in the management of the kitchen, including stock control and ordering.
• Ensuring that all desserts and pastries are prepared on time and to the required quality standards.
• Assisting in the training and development of junior staff.
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assisting in the preparation of special dietary requirements.
• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Proven ability to work well in a team.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• High standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under supervision.
