📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.,Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide training, and address any issues.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Collaborate with the regional manager to align local operations with company goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of retail software and systems.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
