📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and industry best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
