📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the construction of new infrastructure and facilities for the hotel,Ensure the safety and compliance of all construction projects,Manage and coordinate with contractors and suppliers,Maintain and repair existing infrastructure and facilities,Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control,Prepare and submit necessary permits and approvals for construction projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering,Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations,Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software,Excellent communication and project management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid driver's license and ability to drive on site
