📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and monitor the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and update software and systems as needed.,Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and security.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.,Document all IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless system operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.,Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Bash.,Experience with IT security best practices and tools.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
