Rejeki Indra Kebab is seeking a motivated Assistant Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our learning and development initiatives, helping to create engaging and effective training programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the creation of training materials, including presentations, videos, and manuals.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Schedule and coordinate training sessions and workshops.,Provide administrative support for learning and development activities.,Gather and analyze feedback from training participants.,Assist in the evaluation of training programs and their effectiveness.,Maintain records of training activities and participant data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Passionate about employee development and continuous learning.
