📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of baristas and staff to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Participate in inventory management and ordering processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the coffee industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Understanding of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
