📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in preparing reports and analyzing sales data.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
