📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and grow client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts and sales performance.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and networking opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
