As the Lead Sales Counter, you will be responsible for managing our front-of-house operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the sales team at the counter.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized counter area.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Train and develop junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Proven track record in driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to handle cash and non-cash transactions.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
