📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and integration.,Monitor departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and presentations, communicating effectively with stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into departmental operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving departmental performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
