Salon Gita Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the overall growth and development of our organization. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer and maintain employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, discipline, and grievance handling.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic advice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or HR officer roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
