📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC milling machines to ensure optimal performance and precision.
• Set up and configure machines for various projects, adhering to engineering specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the milling process.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CNC milling machines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Milling Machinist or similar role.
• Proven ability to operate and maintain CNC milling machines with high precision.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with engineers and other team members.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus.
